Returns policy:

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfilment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

The Kava Club respects your right to privacy. We collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact to you regarding the status of your order. We guarantee that use of your personal information will be used by The Kava Club team only.

Age Requirement:

Here at the Kava Club we do not sell kava to people under the age of 18. By making a purchase from us it is our understanding that you have acknowledged you are over 18 and/or have a parent's consent.

Shipping Information:

Orders

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours (midweek) if the product is in stock.  Orders made at weekends or public holidays will be processed the following working day.  If an item is out of stock at the time of order The Kava Club will contact the customer offering the following solutions:

• Help find alternative item
• Place on back order and ship products at a later date
• Contact customer when item arrives back in stock
• If no alternative item can be found the order will be cancelled.

Shipping Fee

The Kava Club offer free shipping on all products within New Zealand.  The Kava Club does not ship outside New Zealand.
